8. Cancellations & Refunds
Tenant Cancellation: Refunds depend on the cancellation policy set by the Owner. Owner Cancellation: Any refunds or compensations are the Owner’s responsibility. Service fees charged by us (if any) may be non-refundable.

You acknowledge that: We do not own any listed properties. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, cleanliness, legality, or availability of any property. We are not responsible for: disputes between Owners and Tenants property conditions or amenities cancellations made by Owners injuries, losses, theft, or damages occurring on the property Your use of the property is at your own risk. Our liability is strictly limited to providing an online platform for listings and communication.
10. User Conduct
